I lead the strategy, development, and execution of creative assets and content initiatives to amplify our mission of creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships that help young people reach their potential.
My work includes:
• Upholding the visual identity of a 120-year-old brand by developing and implementing a cohesive design strategy that aligns with the vision and mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
• Collaborating directly with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on the development of high-visibility creative and content pieces such as fundraising pitch decks, Board of Directors presentation materials, and network-wide initiatives.
• Supporting a federation of 230+ local agencies by developing on-brand toolkits, templates, and resources that empower them to maintain brand consistency and effectively engage their communities.
• Partnering with marketing leaders to deliver impactful creative and content that supports campaigns driving awareness and fundraising.
• Supporting BBBS events at the local, regional, and national levels from theme concepting through final execution.

Led Toptracer’s small but mighty in-house team that developed copy and creative for global campaigns, amplified B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, and supported 1,200+ driving range partners in 34 countries.
• Led the in-house overhaul of Toptracer.com, saving $100k+ in agency costs.
• Worked directly with exec team to design multimillion-dollar sales proposals.
• Art directed UI/UX team to ensure a consistent experience on all platforms.

• Selected to lead creative for Topgolf’s fastest-growing sub-brand, Toptracer.
• Developed creative identity and marketing assets for Topgolf’s first indoor restaurant concept, Lounge by Topgolf.
